This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how we ship DONEDEO deodorant products and handle returns under our DONE(DEO) with Doubt Guarantee. Questions? Email support@donedeo.com .
1. Shipping
- Costs: Free shipping on U.S. orders over $35. For orders under $35, shipping starts at $5 (exact cost shown at checkout). International shipping costs vary by country.
- Carriers: We use USPS, FedEx, or other trusted carriers, chosen based on your location and order size.

Timing: Orders ship within 2–3 business days from Las Vegas, NV. Delivery takes:
- U.S.: 3–7 business days (standard), 1–3 business days (expedited, extra cost).
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on country and customs.
- Tracking: You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
- Delays: We’re not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, or events like weather. Contact support@donedeo.com if your order is late.
- Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, email support@donedeo.com within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We’ll replace or refund it, per FTC rules.
2. DONE(DEO) with Doubt Guarantee (Returns)
Try DONEDEO risk-free with our 30-day money-back guarantee! Not sold on our pure, long-lasting natural deodorant? We’ll take it back, no sweat.
- Eligibility: Return any DONEDEO product (stick or spray) purchased on Donedeo.com within 30 days of delivery, even if used. This applies to one-time purchases and first subscription orders.

How It Works:
- Email support@donedeo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return (e.g., “not my vibe”).
- We’ll send return instructions and a Las Vegas, NV address.
- Ship the product back within 14 days of approval, using a trackable carrier.
- Costs: You pay return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. For defects or errors, we cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5 business days), we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method, including original shipping costs for orders over $35 (free shipping). Refunds process within 5–7 business days, per FTC’s Mail Order Rule.
- Why We Offer This: Switching to natural deodorant can take a 1–2 week detox. Our “Detox Survival Guide” (included with every order) helps you through. If DONEDEO doesn’t click, we’ll refund you—because we’re here to kill odor, not your confidence.
- Subscriptions: Cancel subscriptions anytime via support@donedeo.com. Refunds apply only to the first order if returned within 30 days; past orders aren’t refundable unless defective.
- Online Only: Guarantee applies to purchases from Donedeo.com, not other retailers.
3. International Orders
- Customs: You’re responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes. Check your country’s rules before ordering.
- Returns: International returns follow the 30-day guarantee. You cover return shipping unless the item is defective. Email support@donedeo.com for instructions.
