This website, Donedeo.com, is operated by Bubl Brands, LLC, doing business as “DONEDEO.” When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean DONEDEO. By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to everyone who uses our site, including browsers, customers, and vendors. If you don’t agree with these Terms, please don’t use our website or services.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. It’s your job to check for updates. If you keep using the site after changes, you accept the new Terms. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform for selling our products.
1. Using Our Online Store
By using Donedeo.com, you confirm you’re at least 19 (the age of majority in Nevada) or have permission from a parent or guardian to use the site. You can’t use our products for anything illegal or break any laws in your area, like copyright laws. Don’t send viruses or harmful code to our site. If you break these rules, we can stop your access to our services immediately.
2. General Rules
We can refuse service to anyone, anytime, for any reason. Your personal information (except credit card details) may be sent over networks without encryption to meet technical needs. Credit card information is always encrypted for safety. You can’t copy, sell, or share any part of our website, services, or content without our written permission. Headings in these Terms are just for clarity and don’t change the rules.
3. Information on Our Site
We try to make sure the information on Donedeo.com is accurate, but it might not always be complete or up-to-date. The content is for general information only. Don’t rely on it alone for big decisions without checking other sources. Using the site’s information is at your own risk. We can change the site’s content anytime, but we don’t have to update it. You’re responsible for keeping up with changes.
4. Prices and Services
We can change product prices or stop offering products or services without notice. If we update or end any part of our services, we’re not responsible for any issues this causes you or others. By purchasing from Donedeo.com, you agree to pay the listed price and follow our shipping and return policies (see our Return Policy for details). We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, and other methods shown at checkout. All payments must be in U.S. dollars.
5. Products
Our deodorant products, like the Fresh Start, Daily Defense, and Family Fresh bundles, are sold online only. They may have limited stock and can be returned or exchanged only under our Return Policy. We try to show product images and colors accurately, but your screen might show them differently. We can limit sales to certain people, places, or amounts, and we can stop selling any product anytime. Product descriptions and prices can change without notice. Offers are void where illegal. We don’t promise that our products will meet all your expectations.
6. Billing and Account Information
We can refuse or cancel any order, like if we think it’s from a reseller or due to errors. We may limit how many products you can buy per person, household, or order. If we change or cancel your order, we’ll try to notify you using the email or phone number you gave us. You must provide accurate and current billing and account details, like your email and credit card information, when you buy from us. 12. Our Responsibility
We don’t guarantee that Donedeo.com will always work perfectly, be secure, or be error-free. You use our site and products at your own risk. Our products and services are provided “as is,” without promises about quality, fitness for a specific purpose, or performance. We, our team, and our partners aren’t responsible for any damages, like lost money or data, from using our site or products, even if we know problems might happen. If Nevada or other laws don’t allow us to limit liability, our responsibility will be as small as the law permits.

You agree to cover any costs, including legal fees, if someone sues us because you broke these Terms, violated a law, or harmed someone’s rights while using our site.
14. If a Rule Doesn’t Work
If any part of these Terms is illegal or can’t be enforced, that part will be removed, but the rest of the Terms will still apply.
15. Ending These Terms
These Terms apply until you or we end them. You can stop by not using our site or telling us you don’t want to use our services. We can end them if we think you’ve broken any rules, without notice, and you’ll still owe any payments due up to that point.
16. Complete Agreement
These Terms, along with our other policies (like the Privacy Policy and Return Policy), are the full agreement between you and us. They replace any earlier agreements. If we don’t enforce a rule, it doesn’t mean we waive it. Any unclear parts won’t be used against us.
17. Nevada Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, USA. Any disputes will be handled in courts in Las Vegas, Nevada, unless arbitration applies (see below).
18. Disputes
To settle disputes quickly and fairly, you and DONEDEO agree to use binding arbitration for any issues related to these Terms or your use of Donedeo.com, except for:
- Small claims court cases.
- Government agency actions.
- Requests to stop intellectual property violations in court.
Arbitration will follow the Federal Arbitration Act and the American Arbitration Association’s (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules (find them at www.adr.org or call 1-800-778-7879). You or we must send a written notice to the other (to DONEDEO at 5360 E El Campo Grande Avenue, Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89115, Attn: Legal) describing the issue and what you want. We’ll try to resolve it within 30 days. If we can’t, arbitration starts.
For claims of $15,000 or less, you choose if arbitration is by documents, phone, or in-person (per AAA rules). DONEDEO will pay your filing fee unless your claim is over $15,000 or frivolous (per Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b)), then AAA rules apply. The arbitrator’s decision is final and confidential, except for enforcing it in court. You and DONEDEO agree to bring claims only as individuals, not as part of a class action, unless we both agree otherwise in writing. If the class action limit isn’t allowed by law, that claim goes to court, but the rest stays in arbitration.
19. Changes to These Terms
You can check the latest Terms on this page anytime. We can update or change them by posting new versions on Donedeo.com. If you keep using the site after changes, you agree to the new Terms.
